Rebellion acquires its first company in Finland – Vihtan Oy a leading manufacturer of shower screens and glass doors. The company reported a revenue of 12.4 MEUR and EBITA of 2.4 MEUR in 2022.    

Vihtan Oy was founded in 2010 by CEO Kimmo Haukilehto. The company designs and produces glass products for mainly bathroom interior such as shower screens and sauna glass doors. Their customers are reseller and larger construction companies.

Attunda specializes on electricity/telecom and fiber optics. The company conducts installations and service work mainly in Mälardalen, but also in other parts of Sweden.

The company was founded in 2007. The work includes installation/services of base stations, transmission work and backbone network. The work is done by carpenters, concrete workers, blacksmiths, electricians, and telecom workers. The company is certified within mast, roofing, façade, subway and Arlanda track.

Attunda är specialister inom el/telecom, fiberoptik och höjdarbeten. Verksamheten är främst i Mälardalen men utför installationer och servicearbeten i hela Sverige.
