Rebellion Capital AB (publ) publishes interim report for Q3 2024

Interim report January – September 2024

"Rebellion has secured a new bond of MSEK 600 with the aim of redeeming the existing bond of MSEK 750 in advance, of which we have already repurchased MSEK 166.8 during the year. Thus, the financing for the underlying business is secured for 3.5 years." says Amin Omrani, CEO and founder, and continues "During the quarter, we divested a company in Flatwork to previous owners. This resulted in the cash flow of MSEK 11.4, while the estimated effect on earnings amounts to MSEK -126.8 for the Group.”

HIGHLIGHTS

• Recovery in Infrastructure – The Group´s net income for the quarter in line with last year

THIRD QUARTER (JULY 1 – JUNE 30, 2024)

1. Net sales for the quarter amounted to MSEK 214.6 (233.8).
2. EBITA for the period was MSEK 29.7 (30.0), corresponding to a margin of 13.8% (12.8). EBITA margin excluding central costs was 17.8% (17.6).
3. Profit for the period was MSEK -116.0 (10.4), which includes an effect on earnings of MSEK -119.1 for the divestment of businesses.
4. Cash flow from operating activities was MSEK 14.0 (29.4).

NINE MONTHS (JANUARY 1–SEPTEMBER 30, 2024)

1. Net sales amounted to MSEK 631.8 (691.2).
2. EBITA for the period was MSEK 72.9 (93.2), corresponding to a margin of 11.5% (13.5). EBITA margin excluding central costs amounted to 15.3% (17.9).
3. Net income for the period was MSEK -136.6 (0.2), including profit from divested operations of
   MSEK -126.8.
4. Cash flow from operating activities was MSEK 75.5 (67.8).
5. Interest-bearing net debt in relation to EBITDA adjusted (R12 pro forma) amounted to 3.3 times.
