Rebellion has acquired Attunda El & Telecom, an installation and service company, and Future Conduct, a construction company specialized in rock blasting and rock cracking. The two companies reported a total of 55 MSEK in revenue and an EBITA of 8,7 MSEK last year.

The acquisition of Future Contuct will enhance our capacity for services within rock blasting and rock cracking. Attunda EL specializes on electrical installations, telecom, fiber optics and work at heights and will be the first group company within this niche.
