Rebellion acquires Tjuren Projektpartner – a consultancy company that offers project management and planning within construction and real estate. Last year, the company reported a revenue of 102 million kronor and a EBITA of 25 million kronor.

The company was founded in 2010 and are consultants that specializes in infrastructure and real estate. The office is in Stockholm and the offer includes – project planning and construction management, certifications, transaction support, property development and administrative support. The company will continue to be run by CEO Marcus Majewski.
